Most Conservative:

Hydro Abrasion easily creates preps less than half the width of the smallest burs. The abrasive stream follows and cleans the fissures and grooves removing minimal healthy structure. Even the smallest ‘fissure' bur is a huge intrusion by comparison that can create microfractures that can later propagate.
